The number one cause of death in the United States is cardiovascular disease. - Everyone knows that the numbers have been suggested in our minds for many years, and it is no surprise that heart health is a hot topic. To Fortunately for us, there are so many things that can be done, and started at any age, to our heart healthy and prevent these terrible diseases from befalling us. Of course, exercise and stay fit are one of the most famous, but did you know , there are many foods and vitamins that can be shown to have incredible effects on heart health and reducing our risks for heart disease?

A good place to start is our vitamins. We have all said that since we were children, as very important, taking our vitamins, so it should not come as any surprise to learn that there are certain vitamins, which have drastically reduced the risk of heart disease. Certain B vitamins have been shown to be extremely good for the support to prevent heart disease. Shortcomings of this particular B-vitamins, especially vitamin B6 and B9, can cause a high level of homocysteine. This high level of homocysteine can damage your arteries and drastically increase your chances of cardiovascular disease. So, these vitamins can be a very important factor in maintaining healthy levels of homocysteine in the blood.

Everything you eat, as the ends of your body, so of course if you eat healthy foods and you can expect that much healthier. There are many different types of foods, as well that has been shown to help the heart in its very healthiest.

Blueberries. They are a perfect meal for nutritious snacks, also fitted in each trail mix goes great with yogurt, and always with a house in salads and mixed with other fruits. Blueberries are rich in the powerful antioxidant anthocyanin. These antioxidants are revered for their ability to defend against free radical damage, turn the clock back to premature aging, so the risk for certain types of cancer, but also reduce the risk of heart disease.

Generally known, this may be, but fish is another good way to promote the health of your heart. Fish contains omega -3 fatty acids, and studies have shown that these fatty acids are very powerful when it comes to reducing cholesterol levels. This helps your heart, and reduces the risk of other cardiovascular problems. Omega-3-fatty acids found in fish oil supplements.

Make sure also to food with high fiber content. These have shown that in reducing cholesterol and preventing future heart problems. Make sure to eat lots of high fiber foods like fruits such as apples and bananas, whole-wheat bread and pasta, and vegetables such as broccoli and cabbage. Fiber is divided into many different types of foods, making it one of the easiest things to achieve more in your diet. Snacks between meals on fruits, eat a whole grain cereal for breakfast, or steam some vegetables for dinner!

There is of course a lot of things we know, can we eat to our hearts beat at their best, but there are also many things that we can on our diet actually help our heart. Ensure that you have proper nutrition and heart, the right vitamins can go a long way to reducing the risk of heart disease, and together with a proper exercise can be a totally different person. It is never too early to start taking care of your heart, and the earlier in your life these habits, the better your heart and can literally be the difference between life and death.
