Signs and symptoms of a heart attack

In the case of faults affecting the blood flow to the heart muscle itself, the person experiences mild to severe pain in the chest. This chest pain may lead to a full-blown heart attack. Shortness of breath, followed by shortness of breath

Unexplained anxiety, weakness or tiredness

Palpitations, accompanied by a cold sweat or pale skin
