pathogenesis of rheumatic heart disease

pathogenesis of rheumatic heart disease
a few years ago, a professional dancer was the recipient of a heart transplant. As a dancer, she was very aware of their diet and ate only healthy low-fat foods. It was a mystery why she craved and absolutely to have some Chicken McNuggets, if they come from hospital. Later she learned that her donor was a 18-year-old boy was killed, on his motorcycle. In his leather jacket pocket was his favorite food: Chicken McNuggets. Many psychologists, the patients with organ routinely hear this kind of history . It has led to more and more evidence that our hearts and bodies are receptacles for our life experiences and feelings. It does pause for a moment to ask: What should I put into my heart?

Recent biomedical research shows that the heart more than a simple 11 oz. Pump. With each heartbeat, the heart communicates with the brain through the nervous system, hormonal and electrical systems and other means. The heart generates 40-60 times more electricity and is 500-times more electromagnetic powerful than the brain! And, the heart has its own brain. In several notable research has consistently shown that the distance between heart beats (heart rate variability or HRV), but not the heart rate, which is the marker of health. HRV reflects many shades, two people with the same average heart rate may be very different physiological conditions such as in the HRV. The larger fluctuations in the time between beats is a sign of good physical health.

At the Institute for Heartmath in Boulder Creek, CA, researchers have linked emotions to heart rhythm disorders: negative emotions lead to increased illness and more positive emotions, harmony, synchronization, and the balance in the nervous system. They have shown that there is a deep connection between productivity, brain function, cardiovascular health and stress. To learn how to realize the quality of the internal signal from the heart to the brain is the key for dealing with stressors. People who practice a simple technique, Freeze Frame, deliberately to replace fear, anxiety, anger, and a positive relationship, sincere appreciation, or love show profound changes. Balance is in the neural and hormonal systems, there are positive changes in perception, increase clarity, reduce stress and anxiety, and improvements in learning, performance and health. The HRV pattern created is a smooth, even rhythm, cardiovascular efficiency. In other words, if you choose to respond to a stressor with a shift in perception, the feelings of sincere appreciation and love, keep your body in good health! And not only you will be healthier, more intelligent, quiet and creative, you have an impact on around you in a positive way. Our hearts generates electromagnetic waves, which broadcast several meters away from us a reason why we have a different meaning, the mood.

Thus we see that the last line to keep our hearts healthy is not only the physical (diet, exercise, etc.), it is what poets, spiritual leaders and the Beatles have us forever: love is everything.
