Persons who are classed as overweight or obese by BMI criteria is recommended that special measures to control their weight. Healthy diet and regular exercise are the best methods of weight loss without the help of doctor prescribed drugs. Persons with an abnormally high BMI should recognize the risks and efforts to effectively control their weight before it is too late.
