acute ischemic heart disease

When we eat foods with high cholesterol, such as animal fats, eggs, full fat dairy products and fried and greasy food, our liver returns the cholesterol it can not use it to our blood. If there is too much cholesterol in the blood, would probably build in fat deposits, which cause our arteries to reduce and possibly block, leading to heart disease and stroke.

Note:

1. Cholesterol comes mainly from the saturated fats in animal products.

2. All foods from animals contain cholesterol

3. Foods from plants do not contain cholesterol

In fact, you do not need to consume food, the cholesterol, because the body is all the cholesterol you need.

Foods high in cholesterol foods are usually high in saturated fats. If you want a healthy heart, you should stop taking it, by avoiding:

* Processed meats
* Greasy and fried foods
* Cakes, biscuits, crackers, sweets and desserts
* Fat meat

And to avoid trans fat (also known as trans fatty acids) as when it is saturated fat, you can make your cholesterol levels and increase the risk of heart disease.

It comes from adding hydrogen, vegetable oil through a process called hydrogenation. This makes the fat more solid and less likely to become rancid.

* Includes wholegrain and wholemeal bread / pasta
* Includes higher parts of lean meat (meat form of fat)
* Has a lot of fish (at least twice per week)
* Includes higher proportions of unsaturated fats - unsaturated fats, like sunflower, soya and corn oil or fats such as olive, peanut and canola oils
* Considerable quantity of fiber

And of course the change to a healthier way of life helps to reduce the amount of your cholesterol.

They would change a lot but a few of your habits such as:

* Reduce smoking or quit smoking as a whole increases the chance of LDL (low density lipoproteins)-cholesterol (bad cholesterol) to the cells there to cause chaos
* Limit your alcohol consumption to no more than 1 or 2 drinks per day
* Lose any excess fat in the body than fat stored in your ABS, for example, is a hazard to health as it increases the risk of heart disease, breast cancer, diabetes, hypertension and colon cancer
* Start exercising regularly (cardio + strength training exercise) for at least 3-4 times per week, for at least 1 hour per session. It increases HDL (high density lipoprotein)-cholesterol (good cholesterol) and LDL-cholesterol reduces your
