diabetes is one of the leading killers. Today, more than 20 million people in the U.S. have diabetes, and nearly one third of them do not even know. There is no cure for diabetes. If you have developed the disease, simply contact your blood glucose levels for the rest of your life. Some Type II diabetics are dependent on insulin injections, while others are capable of their diabetes by diet and exercise. All Type I diabetics require insulin treatment because her body is unable to produce insulin.
For Type II diabetics, it is preferable in order to ensure that blood glucose without the use of insulin. If insulin is required, either the patients themselves daily injections or an insulin pump. Either is cumbersome and restrictive, so that the management of diabetes is obviously preferred.
For the management of Type II diabetes without insulin, careful attention must be paid to the food you eat, and blood glucose monitors to be religious. Diabetics who cope with their illness without medication must be careful enough to exercise each day by the carbohydrates they consume in order to prevent their blood sugar levels from skyrocketing.

Although it is certain that more research is needed, there is much promise in the use of tea for the control of diabetes. There are probably many other studies, which must be carried out before we fully understand what tea can do for diabetics and exactly how it works.
It is indeed good news to learn how tea anti-oxidants for the prevention of illnesses and diseases which it relates. There will also be useful to find out how much we need to drink tea and drink, if there is a certain times of the day or decrease the efficiency.
