For people like me who already have heart disease can only be two things.

Step number one to decide that you want to live healthy with joy, instead of sick and suffer pain

Every day we make decisions that impact on our health, and we decide whether they smoke, what to eat, whether they can relax and whether we will exercise.

If our craving for the good life increases our desire for cigarettes, and slowly but surely we can replace the bad habit of smoking with a good exercise.

We control our processed carbohydrates and begin looking for whole grains. We start eating fiber, fruits, vegetables, legumes. We eat a lot of fish and essential fatty acids. We drink a glass of red wine per day

Step number six - we enjoy every moment we live healthy

In this way all of the above steps we can and enjoy every moment knowing that we have everything we can to get our risks to heart disease and die of a heart attack.

We stopped smoking, we lose weight, our LDL-cholesterol and triglycerides, increased HDL us, and we are not stressed, tensed and depressed. We lead a happy fulfilling active lifestyles and lifelong healthy.

At the age of 37 I had a heart attack. I wish I'd taken the necessary steps before that fateful day.
