Can the statin drugs (like Lipitor) to artificially lower your cholesterol?

And of course, know that it is a bad side-effects such as nausea or vomiting, headache, diarrhea and possible muscle weakness / soreness ?.......

Switch to a natural way to lower your cholesterol!

I have 5 natural way here to help you:

1. Exercise

Why movement?

Because it increases HDL (high density lipoprotein) or "good" cholesterol, lowers LDL (low density lipoprotein) or bad cholesterol.

Without side effects.

How is this a bargain for your health?

You do not have the exercise until you "" Drop Dead "" To achieve this goal, 3-4 times per week for 30 - 60 minutes per session, more than enough to head off the evils of LDL and the quality of the HDL -.

Through the exercise I cardio exercise, because this is also the perception, on the heart and lungs, strengthening the too strong, healthy and get fit.

If your heart strong and fit, it pumps more blood with less effort and prevents heart disease. The same applies to the lungs, since they increased the capacity for greater oxygen uptake. More oxygen means more health for your cells as cells feed on oxygen, to cellular functions.

By exercising, you actually kill 2 birds with 1 stone - lower LDL and stronger heart and lungs .....

No drugs in this world, this kind of amazing results!

2. Soluble Fiber Food

You should be in the habit of eating foods with high soluble fibers such as oatmeal, whole wheat bread / pasta, brown rice, black beans and barley in most meals. These foods bind with cholesterol and remove it from your body.

3. Avoid or limit your intake of saturated fat and Trans Fat

All the meat or products are free of saturated fatty acids. These are dairy products like milk, cheese and butter and red meat such as beef and lamb.

Trans fats (or trans-fatty acids) is the result of adding hydrogen, vegetable oil through a process called hydrogenation. When combined with saturated fat, trans fat could be your LDL and increase the risk of heart disease.

Trans fat is in commercially baked goods such as biscuits, cookies and cakes and in fried foods like donuts and French fries. So, watch out for this kind of food!

Saturated fat and trans fat as the "deadliest" "fat, shoot your cholesterol at a high level.

4. Eating more fish

Fish is rich in omega-3-fatty acids.

By eating more fish, you get more omega-3-fatty acids, the cholesterol-lowering properties and blood pressure effect. The above fatty acids reduce the risk of blood clots.

Fish such as salmon, tuna and sardines are rich sources of omega-3-fatty acids.

5. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables

The phytonutrient antioxidants in fruits and vegetables lower cholesterol and protect your heart.

You should eat 2-3 servings fruit (1 service = 1 piece of fruit or 4 oz) and plenty of vegetables with 3 or more servings (1 oz = 6 service).

Choose to eat a wide variety of fruits and vegetables.
